Since 1980, Marty continues to custom-design, operate, and lead private group trips for organizations interested in her unique personal touch. Planning a year in advance, she would be pleased to work with your group to fashion a trip designed to the specific needs of your members.
She also operates one tour a year for women only, open to the public, primarily to Europe or Latin America although other destinations are on the drawing boards for the future. Past tours have been to Paris, Tuscany, Southern Italy, Scotland, Ireland, the Colonial Cities of Mexico, Russia, Rio-Buenos Aires, Normandy, The Cotswolds and more. Emphasis on the women’s tour series is, of course, on issues of particular interest to women such as education, the arts, food, home décor, the role of women in the country visited, and so forth
Marty's next tour for women will be September 28 to October 7. Entitled "More of Italy" it will visit the Veneto and the heart of Emilia-Romagna, an area particularly known for its gastronomy (as well as its history, architecture and art). Special features include a private cooking class, at Barillo Institute in Parma, and visits to cheese, prosciutto, and balsamic operations. Cities on the itinerary include Venice and its off-shore islands, Verona (known for its connection with Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet", and "Foodie" center, Parma. Also Modena, the ancient University city of Bologna, and Ravenna with its magnificent Byzantine and early Christian mosaics.

“I’ve traveled with Marty on her wonderful international women’s tours since 1997. The camaraderie, friendship, and carefully planned itineraries make each trip exceptional. Marty has a great sense of humor and fine organizational skills. By the end of each tour, we all feel like family. Best tour directing job ever!”
